Hadn't had my.hair cut in over a year, maybe 2. Was tired of tangles and the mess of it all. Booked an appt with Madilyn. Literally from the time I walked in, I felt at ease. Sometimes, actually alot of times, I feel out of place at salons. Not here. She was courteous, professional, and knew what she was doing. I showed her an inspo pic and she followed it. Sometimes when I show a pic the result is nowhere near it. The pricing is more than reasonable and I will 100% go back. If you're tired of the hustle and bustle of other places, try this out. I'm going to try pedi services soon too!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Claudia was more than up for the challenge of achieving the ash gray color I wanted. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of the treatment, and I truly appreciated her expertise. A few hours later, I walked out feeling ten years younger! 😅

Gabriella works magic on my hair every time I request her services. She is an expert at hair cuts, balayage, high light, body wax. Her work always exceeds my expectations. I got a wolf cut and auburn balayage with tint of caramel bronze mixed in. I am in awe of how beautiful it looks. Huge thank you to the owner and all employees who are are extremely accommodating.

Madilyn is my absolute go to girl for all my hair needs!  She's absolutely fabulous!  She listens to what your looking for, offers her opinions or ideas and just gives an ultimate great experience. Love coming to this salon!  All the ladies here are such great professional stylists with such wonderful personalities!  Always laughs and a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend any of these ladies to anyone who is just looking for an all over great salon experience!

The salon is lovely, and I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Always feel comfortable and at home there.

Madilyn is amazing! It was my first time there so I was nervous but she was awesome! Trimmed my hair to a perfect length and did an amazing overall cut to take off any weight/bulkyness I had. Definitely sticking with her and coming back! The salon environment was very friendly but she let me sit back and just enjoy my appointment which i appreciate as someone who doesn’t talk a lot. I’d recommend this place to anyone, especially for the price you really can’t beat it! $35 for a hair cut and blowout!? I’ve paid $80 + at other salons and never been as happy as I was with Madilyn. If you’re thinking of going here just book already you won’t be disappointed.

Friday, 2/16/2024 I drove from Gettysburg, PA where I live now to True Beauty WNY to get my hair color, Tracy getting me through growing grey, along with hair cut. I had been on a vacation the week before and attending a wedding next weekend, so I drive up and back after my appointment and dinner with a friend. I’m 69 years old and the 11 or 12 trip was worth every minute! Tracy is truly one in a million. She loves what she does and she’s a very talented stylist and has a great eye. I leave everything up to her and always very happy with the outcome! Thanks Tracy! You are the best! I don’t have makeup on or I’d post a pic. Remember I’m 69.

Great salon! I left with beautiful hair done by Madilyn who was so nice and attentive to what she was doing. She recreated my inspo pictures very accurately and I loved it! Looking forward to coming back. :)))

My daughter was due for a haircut and she wanted highlights.  So after a google search, looking at social media and reviewing websites she picked True Color. I asked about a consult and was able to get an appointment within a few days. A quick chat with Madelyn about what my daughter wanted we knew  were in the right place. She did an amazing job with the cut and color. It’s beautiful. And of course while sitting there I asked Tracy, the owner if she had time for me. She immediately went to work on me and finally I have the cut and color that I have wanted for years. Our hair looks amazing and we have found our new salon!

True Beauty of WNY did my wedding hair, along with my bridal party, and did a wonderful job. They traveled to us at the Wurlitzer and completed 9 people in the 4 hours allotted. Tracy and Jenna did exactly what my girls wanted and my hair lasted the entire night! Jenna did a hair trial and made the appropriate tweaks I wanted on the day of and I loved my hair. I would highly recommend them to do your special day.

I saw Jenna for my before vacay makeover and im in love!! She killed it. She did her research before I came in for the appointment and found some pictures of what I wanted. Once I made my mind up she got to work and my hair is gorgeous! I left the salon happy and got exactly what I wanted.

Decided to take a chance on this place and get a haircut and blowout. The looks outside may be deceiving but the inside is beautiful. Claudia took her time with every step and I left looking stunning!! She took the vision in my head to life and was extremely kind. I was able to make an appointment through their online platform which other businesses did not have. Booking online allowed me to see the available time slots, so I could choose something right for me. 5 stars already! My appointment is set for Saturday, before memorial day.  UPDATE: The cut from Amber was great & the layers worked well with my thick/wavy hair. Her cut gave my hair body and oomph so I could rock my natural waves!

I've been with Tracy from True Beauty for close to 20 years. She's exceptionally talented, friendly, fun, courteous and timely. I wouldn't trust my locks with anyone else. Every time I leave her salon, I think, "wow, this looks so good!" My two young daughters are now clients of hers too!

I have Traci do my hair, it is always perfect.  I walk in and I only tell her the length I want and she does the rest. She also does my eyebrows while I am there and this is the first salon that doesn't charge a fortune!!!

First and foremost I wanted to say that I found this place thru Groupon and saw great reviews about both Amber and Tracy the owner. IT is very difficult to get my hair cut in WNY because there are no Hijab friendly salons. So I took a chance and called spoke to Tracy and asked if she would be able to accommodate me, well let me say she went above and beyond. I felt so comfortable with my Hijab off and no one from the outside could see me getting my hair cut. Amber did an amazing gob, I cut my hair really short and got highlights. I love my new look. I feel like a million bucks. Thank you so much can't wait to see you again.

First let me say the shop is very clean and the decor is pretty. My stylist was Gabriella, she was super sweet. I had very long hair and was getting layers and about 10 inches off. She took her time and checked in throughout the cut. I love that the owner kept her eyes and ears open. She would come over and hide my stylist to get my desired hairstyle. She even got right in there and chopped away until I had lovely layers. I definitely recommend this salon and will be back. The services are affordable and the stylists were all kind.
